Terms and Conditions

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

ALL sales are final.
All online purchases include a 3.5% processing fee.
Payment must be made on all orders in advance. NO products will be made without payment.
All orders will be picked up in person, there is no shipping or delivery available.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund policy:

Cancellation of an order must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up for a refund.
Refunds will be the purchase price of the cake minus any ingredients that have already been purchased for the order.
